Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Process customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate between customers and internal engineering teams to facilitate smooth service delivery
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor account activities, track service agreements, and ensure timely renewals and follow-ups
  • Assist in billing processes, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and account reconciliations
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for customer-related documentation
  • Support special projects and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer accounts, administration, or office support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the aviation or engineering industry is advantageous but not required
  • Cultural adaptability and willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
