Responsibility
- Manage and update customer records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Generate reports on CRM performance and customer interactions.
- Assist in automating workflows to enhance efficiency in customer management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions.
- Provide insights to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in CRM are a bonus.
