Responsibility
- Manage and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform to ensure seamless automation of sales, marketing, and customer service workflows.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Design and maintain custom pipelines, funnels, and automation sequences tailored to business needs.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to align CRM processes with business objectives.
- Train and onboard team members on GoHighLevel features, best practices, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity across the CRM system.
- Stay updated with the latest GoHighLevel updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CRM Specialist, preferably with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of CRM automation, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in setting up workflows, email campaigns, and integrations within GoHighLevel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive approach.
