Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to enhance lead management and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Integrate CRM systems with other business tools (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, analytics) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align automation strategies with business goals and customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for CRM-related queries.
- Stay updated on emerging CRM trends and tools, recommending innovations to enhance efficiency.
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a CRM Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM, with hands-on experience in automation (e.g., workflows, triggers, lead scoring).
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and API integrations (e.g., Zapier, REST APIs) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports using tools like Google Analytics or CRM dashboards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media) is advantageous.
