Responsibility
- Manage and update CRM systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and data accuracy.
- Handle administrative tasks including email correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, CRM Specialist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or CRM are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
