Responsibility
- Conduct thorough research within US county, state, and federal criminal justice databases to retrieve case information.
- Accurately verify and validate criminal history data to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze complex legal documentation and translate findings into clear, concise reports.
- Maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies in data or system issues to management.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on US judicial systems and research methodologies.
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality at all times in accordance with corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Legal Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in data research, background screening, or legal support operations.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication and documentation.
- Advanced analytical and investigative skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and web-based databases efficiently.
- Experience working in an international BPO or shared services environment is a significant advantage.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (including night shifts) to align with US business hours.
