Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential customers for vehicle financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline application processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management for performance tracking.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products, particularly vehicle financing and refinancing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
