Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients for vehicle financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend suitable financial solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Guide clients through the application and approval process, providing clear and accurate information at every stage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the company’s financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking, financial services, or automotive financing sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence client decisions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with financial products, particularly vehicle financing and refinancing, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions to meet clients and attend promotional events.
