Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new credit customers in assigned Bali regions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their financial needs.
- Present and explain credit products, terms, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline application processes and improve customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide financial education and guidance to clients to promote responsible borrowing.
- Document and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (credit/loan products preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical lending practices in Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools; basic data analysis skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and engage with diverse customer segments.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
