Responsibility
- Verify borrower information and documentation to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
- Conduct on-site field visits and neighborhood checks to validate residential and business premises.
- Perform comprehensive credit background checks and evaluate financial profiles of potential clients.
- Prepare detailed Credit Assessment Memorandums (CAM) summarizing findings and risk analysis.
- Provide clear, well-supported loan recommendations to the credit committee.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the loan approval process.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and ethical lending.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit investigation, field verification, or loan processing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect discrepancies in documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting professional field interviews.
- Must be willing to perform field work within and around Urdaneta City.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for report generation.
- High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
