Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage the company's credit exposure to minimize financial risks.
- Oversee the collections process, ensuring timely payments from clients.
- Conduct credit assessments and set credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit status, aging analysis, and collection performance.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment disputes and improve cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff in credit control best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or financial management.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
