Responsibility
- Manage and maintain credit documentation for customers and counterparties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the administration of credit lines, including monitoring limits, reviewing applications, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of credit reports, financial analyses, and risk assessments to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, sales, and legal, to streamline credit-related processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track credit exposures, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant parties.
- Handle inquiries and requests related to credit administration, providing prompt and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of credit administration workflows.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of credit-related activities, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit administration, finance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of credit processes, financial documentation, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid work setting.
