Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of credit documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Perform risk assessments and verification calls to validate applicant information and mitigate potential fraud.
- Maintain and update credit files, ensuring all records are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the credit team to resolve discrepancies and escalate high-risk cases for further review.
- Prepare and generate reports on credit applications, approvals, and rejections for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries from internal teams and external partners regarding credit status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit administration to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit administration, finance, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with financial software or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and risk assessments.
