Responsibility
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative campaign strategies and concepts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Assist in crafting compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
- Support the development of social media and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in creative strategy and marketing.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, campaigns, or strategic thinking (e.g., academic work, freelance, or personal initiatives).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
