Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality social media graphics, animations, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop multimedia assets (e.g., reels, stories, banners) to enhance digital marketing campaigns and boost engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach.
- Edit and retouch photos/videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt designs to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent, on-brand publishing across all channels.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, CTR) and refine designs based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven portfolio showcasing social media design, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design for digital platforms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate brand messages into visual content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic copywriting for captions/descriptions is a plus.
