Responsibility
- Assist in developing engaging digital content (graphics, videos, copy) for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaign ideas.
- Support the creation of brand guidelines, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with Harman’s visual identity.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform creative strategies and audience targeting.
- Help manage social media calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Assist in photo/video shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production editing.
- Contribute to A/B testing of creative assets to optimize performance and user engagement.
- Participate in team meetings, providing fresh perspectives and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects (graphic design, social media, branding, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media algorithms, content strategy).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is a plus.
- Passion for storytelling, design, and consumer behavior with a proactive attitude.
