Responsibility
- Design and facilitate engaging extracurricular workshops tailored to students' interests and skill levels.
- Guide students in developing creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through hands-on activities.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence.
- Collaborate with the education team to align programs with AMEās artistic and educational goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Prepare materials and resources for workshops, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance instructional techniques.
- Promote a culture of curiosity and innovation among students.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading extracurricular activities (formal or informal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of students.
- Creative mindset with a passion for arts, education, or skill-based learning.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different age groups and learning styles.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute workshops efficiently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
