Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for South East Brewing Co’s artisanal beer products.
- Create engaging content (social media, blogs, email campaigns) that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) through organic and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality visual and written content for digital and print media.
- Organize and promote events, tastings, and pop-ups to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) to optimize marketing performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals and distribution expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, beverage, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp).
- Passion for craft beer, branding, and consumer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
