Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with compelling content, community interaction, and data-driven insights.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, launches, and activations that align with Studio ArtAddix’s artistic vision.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs).
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and local communities to expand brand reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive opportunities in the creative industry.
  • Assist in budget management for marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or brand promotion (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results in engagement or lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Insights).
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling, design, and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
