Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality graphic materials (digital and print) for event promotions, including banners, social media assets, and brochures.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual and written content with brand guidelines and event objectives.
- Create and curate social media content (graphics, videos, copy) to boost online presence and audience interaction.
- Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing event themes, layouts, and experiences to enhance attendee satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in graphic design and marketing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and marketing collateral.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for events, storytelling, and visual communication with a keen eye for detail.
