Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, and promotional collateral.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen brand presence.
- Support daily marketing operations, including content scheduling, email marketing, and CRM management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the furniture, lifestyle, or e-commerce industry.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management.
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Mailchimp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals and content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
