Responsibility
- Develop and present custom interior design concepts tailored to client needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Select and source high-quality materials, furnishings, and decor that align with design themes and sustainability goals.
- Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Conduct on-site visits to assess spaces, measure dimensions, and oversee installation to maintain design integrity.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, local craftsmanship, and eco-friendly practices in Baliās market.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met with precision.
- Provide post-installation support and address any adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in residential or commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, functional, and culturally sensitive designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local Bali materials, artisans, and construction practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
