Responsibility
- Develop and present interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to visualize design proposals.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design themes and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation, quality control, and adherence to design plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Provide creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining functionality and aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and technical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
