Responsibility
- Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS).
- Develop engaging scripts, storyboards, and concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute content calendars.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, including captions, hashtags, and metadata.
- Manage voiceovers, subtitles, and multilingual content (Mandarin/English/Malay).
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content strategy.
- Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin and/or Malay is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content optimization.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or personal projects are encouraged to apply.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia.
