Responsibility

  • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Create high-quality, original content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, and blog posts) that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that support business objectives and promotional goals.
  • Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions with followers.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or other social media analytics platforms to refine strategies and report on KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content, including scripting, storyboarding, and coordinating with designers or videographers when needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and their unique content formats and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Strong storytelling abilities, with a creative mindset and attention to detail in visual and written content.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search and social media discoverability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for healthcare, wellness, or digital marketing is a plus, but not required.
