Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality, on-brand content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns).
- Create engaging visuals, videos, and graphics that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm and refine content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, fashion innovations, and digital marketing best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and alignment with campaign timelines.
- Write SEO-optimized copy for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media captions.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to foster community growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketer, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (videos, graphics, written work) across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
- Passion for fashion, storytelling, and digital trends with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
