Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals, including social media, blogs, videos, and email campaigns.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos) optimized for SEO and audience retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines, and publishing schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and grammar before publication.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a brand-aligned manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Manager.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content KPIs (engagement, conversion, reach).
- Creative mindset with expertise in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
