Responsibility
- Create and curate engaging content (photos, videos, reels, blogs, and social media posts) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Edit and enhance visuals and videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt to brand voice.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
