As a Content Creator, you'll collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop innovative campaigns that resonate with our audience. Whether it's social media posts, blog articles, or video scripts, your creativity will shape how our brand connects with customers nationwide.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media, blogs, and digital platforms
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content aligned with brand voice
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to produce multimedia campaigns
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics insights
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules
- Conduct research to identify audience preferences and industry topics
- Assist in SEO optimization for all published content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative ideas
- Portfolio showcasing previous content work
