Responsibility
- Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive branding and digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, copywriters, digital marketers) to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
- Campaign Development: Oversee the end-to-end creation of campaigns, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring consistency across all platforms (social media, web, print, etc.).
- Brand Identity Guardianship: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual and tonal identity, ensuring all outputs reflect the company’s values and mission.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to integrate branding into all business initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage creative and marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in creative direction, branding, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Portfolio of Success: Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in branding projects, digital campaigns, and team management.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop data-informed strategies that balance creativity with business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a creative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
