Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Country Security Operations Center (CSOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and protect organizational assets.
- Oversee incident response protocols, including investigation, containment, and resolution of security breaches or threats.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and address potential security gaps.
- Train and mentor security personnel, fostering a culture of awareness, vigilance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies to enhance threat intelligence and response capabilities.
- Prepare and present security reports and metrics to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and mitigation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a CSOC or similar function.
- Proven expertise in incident response, threat intelligence, and risk management within a corporate or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and forensic analysis tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
