Responsibility
- Define and execute the long-term digital commerce roadmap to accelerate omnichannel growth in Malaysia.
- Take full accountability for the digital P&L, focusing on revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and conversion rate improvement.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketers, product managers, and e-commerce operations specialists.
- Pioneer innovative O2O (Online-to-Offline) business models that enhance customer engagement and store footfall.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to localize digital tools and ensure compliance with regional market requirements.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and consumer trends to pivot strategies and maintain a market-leading position.
- Ensure a frictionless customer journey across web, mobile apps, and digital marketplaces.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce leadership, or digital retail transformation.
- Proven track record of managing P&L for a significant e-commerce business unit.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian e-commerce landscape, including logistics, payment gateways, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing both local and regional senior management.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a significant advantage.
