Responsibility
- Calculate and analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain ERP inventory data to support costing and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather cost-related data and insights.
- Monitor and analyze cost trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies in all costing activities.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff on costing processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.
