Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or shortages.
- Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models for demand planning and budgeting.
- Analyze cost variances and implement strategies to control operational expenses.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory turnover, cost savings, and financial performance for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, inventory management, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with stock opname procedures and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
