Responsibility
- Prepare and file statutory documents, including annual returns, changes in directorship, and share transfers, in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain and update corporate registers, minute books, and other statutory records for client portfolios.
- Assist in organizing and documenting board and shareholder meetings, including drafting resolutions and minutes.
- Liaise with government authorities, such as the Ministry of Law and ACRA equivalents, to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and proactively manage renewal processes for business licenses and permits.
- Support the preparation of corporate governance reports and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., accounting, legal) to streamline secretarial and administrative workflows.
- Provide administrative support for client onboarding, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work, statutory compliance, or a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and familiarity with local regulatory requirements (e.g., Indonesian Company Law, OSS system).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with corporate secretarial software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
