Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financing needs and objectives.
- Identify and assess financing opportunities, including loans, credit facilities, and structured financial solutions.
- Prepare and present tailored financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk, legal, and compliance) to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Monitor client portfolios, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any financial or operational risks.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings in corporate financing.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or corporate financing.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth or corporate client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
