Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the institution's reputation and visibility.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
- Oversee digital communication channels, including the institution's website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Create and curate engaging content, such as articles, blogs, videos, and infographics, to highlight institutional achievements and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all departments.
- Organize and manage corporate events, including press conferences, seminars, and public engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with institutional goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in media relations, digital communication, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public.
- Experience with social media management, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
