Responsibility
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Media & Public Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure high-impact coverage.
- Digital Engagement: Lead social media and digital content initiatives to drive audience interaction and brand loyalty.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary spokesperson during crises, ensuring timely and effective communication to mitigate risks.
- Internal Communications: Craft and disseminate internal messaging to align employees with company values, goals, and updates.
- Stakeholder Relations: Engage with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies to maintain transparent and trustworthy communication.
- Content Creation: Oversee the production of press releases, speeches, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns using KPIs and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate communications, PR, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Media Savvy: Strong network of media contacts and a track record of securing high-profile placements.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling, and error-free content for diverse audiences.
