Responsibility
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Serve as the primary media liaison, building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create and distribute press releases, statements, and media kits to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of company news.
- Oversee internal communications, including employee newsletters, town halls, and leadership messaging to foster a unified corporate culture.
- Manage crisis communications, developing response plans and mitigating reputational risks during sensitive situations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all external and internal channels, including digital and print media.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment to refine communication strategies and identify opportunities for engagement.
- Organize and execute high-profile events, conferences, and press briefings to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of media relations, including securing coverage in top-tier local and international outlets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital communication trends, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience in crisis management and developing rapid-response communication strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
