Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and crisis communication responses.
- Oversee internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to create cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess public sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and execute corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the company when required, ensuring professional and consistent representation.
- Collaborate with senior management to align communication efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, or Brand Communication, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing media relations and crisis communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.
