Responsibility
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Prioritize project backlogs and manage scope to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and project alignment.
- Perform gap analysis on existing systems and propose innovative process improvements.
- Monitor the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including project status reports, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of bridging communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced corporate environment.
