Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze news coverage, media trends, and social media conversations related to SPX Express and the logistics industry.
- Develop and execute media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for journalists, responding to inquiries and facilitating interviews.
- Create press releases, media kits, and pitches to secure coverage in top-tier outlets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives and campaigns.
- Manage crisis communications and mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Track and report on media performance metrics to measure the impact of PR efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or PR, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or tech industry.
- Proven track record of securing media coverage in national and international outlets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify media trends and opportunities.
- Experience in crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with social media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
