Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Missions department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate logistics for mission-related events, workshops, and international outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases for mission activities and project reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, volunteers, and internal church committees.
- Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, and schedule planning for mission teams.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation for departmental projects.
- Draft internal communications and official correspondence to support mission-related announcements and updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative coordination or office management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
