Responsibility

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, volunteers, and internal church committees.
  • Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, and schedule planning for mission teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation for departmental projects.
  • Draft internal communications and official correspondence to support mission-related announcements and updates.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative coordination or office management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
