Responsibility
- Lead and oversee financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and project managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial controlling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
