Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and present AR reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Accounts Receivable Specialist, or similar role in a contract or temporary capacity.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in AR processes and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Relevant degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or outsourcing environment is advantageous.
