Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Info-Tech, and Zetta to streamline financial operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero, Info-Tech, and Zetta.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
