Responsibility
- Lead and manage content production projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to align creative and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency planning.
- Oversee content localization and adaptation for diverse markets, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and account teams to resolve challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content production, project management, or a similar role within a creative or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of content creation processes, including video, digital, and print production.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing trends is advantageous.
