Responsibility
- Assist in developing and refining conference agendas, ensuring content aligns with event objectives and audience needs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, speaker profiles, and competitive events to inform content strategy.
- Draft and edit session descriptions, speaker bios, and promotional materials with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, and stakeholders to gather content inputs and feedback.
- Support the content team in organizing and managing session proposals, abstracts, and speaker submissions.
- Assist in creating content timelines and ensuring deadlines are met for agenda finalization.
- Contribute to post-event content reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing is advantageous.
