Responsibility
- Conceptualize and lead end-to-end content marketing projects to drive user acquisition and retention.

- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to align local initiatives with global brand standards.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to maintain Shopeeās market leadership.
- Work with creative teams to produce high-quality, localized content that resonates with the Indonesian market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or project management.
- Strong background in the e-commerce or tech industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
