Responsibility
- Edit and proofread digital content (articles, blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials) for clarity, grammar, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent editorial style guide for all company communications.
- Research industry trends and competitor content to inform strategic improvements.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication across multiple platforms.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user engagement metrics.
- Review and refine technical documentation, user manuals, and IT-related content for accuracy.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance quality and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content editing, preferably in digital media, advertising, or IT sectors.
- Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style, or other editorial guidelines.
- Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, or similar.
- Passion for technology and digital innovation is a plus.
